"Tracy"       On June 16, 1993, this unidentified woman underwent a second-trimester termination at a New Jersey abortion clinic. She suffered a badly perforated uterus and complained of dizziness during recovery. Her medical chart showed that her injury occurred at 10 AM, but an ambulance was not summoned until 12:06 PM. She bled to death, apparently as a result of the clinic’s delay in calling an ambulance. She was 20 years old and the mother of a 4-year-old boy.
